Despite it's challenges and compromises, it is the model which most of us aspire to, and when it works, it’s wonderful.

 

But, as we all know, it’s not always easy, and even the most loving and connected couples will inevitably hit obstacles in the course of their lives together. My work with couples aims to stop relationship decline in its tracks by exploring the underlying issues and working with them to steer a different course.

My aim is to support clients to create positive, alive, joyful relationships which will not only enhance their own lives, but also provide a secure and loving foundation for any children.

My work is grounded in the person-centred approach, on top of which I draw on a breadth of training & experience in other methodologies so the work is completely tailored to clients' individual needs. With a background in business I have a directness and authenticity and will be challenging where necessary, to help you make the changes you want in your life.
